About Twin Pines Suites

Born in the seventies, and converted from an old ancestral home into a cosy boutique hotel, Twin Pines Suites features classy amenities and a family-friendly atmosphere.

Individually decorated rooms are air conditioned and come with an en-suite bathroom with complimentary toiletries and a tub or shower. A small seating area is available for work or leisure and some rooms include a terrace overlooking the garden.

This charming property still retains some of its original stonework, and is set up to accommodate large or small indoor and outdoor events. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge throughout.

Breakfast is included in the room price and is made to order in a special dining area. There are a number of eateries across the road such as Yellow Cab Pizza, Dencio's for large family meals, and Balay Dako for casual Filipino dishes.

Shopping at Summit Ridge Promenade is one kilometre from Twin Pines Suites, as is one of the top tourist attractions, Lourdes Church.

Positive Reviews

Such accommodating owners

The hosts are always there to offer a lovely warm welcome to all their guests. They are happy to assist with requests at any time, and are pleased to share their knowledge about the local area with those who need advice.

Surrounded by restaurants

There are tons of eateries across the road from the hotel, most of them with awesome Taal views. Travellers enjoy the choices they have, from Starbucks to delicious seafood restaurants, to grills and pastry shops. There's no chance of going hungry at this location.

Spacious accommodation

There is plenty of space in the rooms, some of which can cater for up to six people. Guests don't feel squashed up at all, and find the set up is adequate, whether just for a couple, or large family.

Negative Reviews

Some upgrades are needed

Although the property is kept clean and tidy, guests notice that it has become a little run down. The bathroom seems to be the biggest culprit, with old dark tiles and wobbly shower heads being some of the issues. Guests would like to see the placed spruced up with a little more of a modern twist.

Mould here and there

Travellers complain that the rooms can be a little damp, making it easy for mould to make an appearance, especially in between the tiles in the bathrooms. They think that some extra attention paid towards cleanliness would be a good idea in this case.
