Central Tokyo location

The center of the neighbourhood of Roppongi is a five minute walk away, offering many bars and nighttime entertainment options. If you want to explore more of Tokyo, the Roppongi Icchome subway station is a three minute walk from the hotel.

Basic but cheap rooms

Guests felt they received an excellent value for their money. The rooms are described as well equipped and very clean. Guests also said that the hotel was quiet, even given the location. Most guests felt the rooms are great for a city trip where you don’t spend much time in the room.

Great customer service

Guests described the staff as friendly, polite and well-versed in English. They can help you with ideas what is worth visiting in the neighbourhood and have maps and brochures for attractions.

Negative Reviews

Rooms on the small side

Many guests were not too happy with the tight quarters and missing storage space, especially in double rooms, where many felt the space provided would be more fitting for one person. Rooms in Tokyo are however usually on the small side and not comparable to hotel rooms in other areas.

Internet sometimes slow

Guests did sometimes encounter slow connections on the free Wi-Fi provided, making it hard to stream or have skype calls. It is fast enough for normal web surfing and checking your email.

Air conditioning is centralized

The rooms do not offer individual air conditioning controllers, so the front desk controls the temperature of your room. This was uncomfortable for some guests who enjoy setting their own temperature.
