Positive Reviews

Exceptional service, nice buffet breakfasts

Guests said that this hotel's staff offered exceptional service at all times, going out of their way to assist in any way that they could, offering helpful Tokyo tips and providing all of this with a polite and friendly demeanour. Furthermore, the Western/Japanese breakfast buffets served up here were considered to be very nice and people particularly liked the freshly cooked egg options.

Clean and well-equipped rooms offer decent value

These rooms were said to be very clean, stocked with lots of toiletries and equipped with handy amenities like fridges and full bathrooms. These were also considered to offer good value for money in an expensive area.

Ginza shopping, dining and transport proximity

This hotel's location was popular with guests, who reported that they were situated a short walk away from some excellent shopping, lots of Japanese dining and all the associated glitz and glamour of Ginza. Moreover, people were happy to note that JR train lines and metro stations were also quickly reached on foot.

Negative Reviews

Rooms small and American breakfasts Japanese

There were a few points guests thought that this hotel could improve on; firstly, the size of the rooms, which were thought to be rather cramped compared to what people were used to back home. In addition to this, those who opted in for the American breakfasts said that these were not particularly American at all and were rather more of a Japanese adaptation.

Minority found rooms humid and dated

A minority of those who stayed through their rooms were a bit too humid and muggy and it also seems that some guests considered their rooms to be dated, with aesthetics apparently in need of attention.
