Positive Reviews

Convenient spot, 7-minute walk to train station

The property is very convenient to the Shinbashi Train Station, which is just a seven-minute walk away. There are also point of interests that guests are able to visit near the hotel, such as the Tokyo Big Sight convention centre, Tsukiji Fish market, and the main Ginza area.

Exceptionally clean property!

Guests can't help but notice the cleanliness of the common areas in the hotel. Here, the lobby, hallways, and the very rooms are well-maintained and spotlessly clean. Many felt that this is reflected by the discipline of the Japanese people.

Unique capsule-style accommodation

Those who tried staying at a capsule hotel immediately fell in love with the idea because of this property. Rooms here are called capsules, and yet they are spacious and well-equipped. Even they are box-type; rooms can fit people comfortably.

Negative Reviews

No staying from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The hotel has a policy that disallows guests from being physically present in the rooms from ten in the morning to five in the afternoon, a policy that guests find absurd and annoying. Those who complained are those who have no business outside and just want to relax in their rooms, but aren't allowed to.

Too much light from the hallways

Many guests also complained that the lights in the hallways are too bright, something that their transparent glass doors cannot block. Because of this, previous guests said that they weren't able to sleep very comfortably.

Rooms can get a bit warm

Most guests complained that it can get warm during the afternoon and night. Rooms do not have their own air conditioning units and there isn't much air circulation inside, as the temperature is centrally controlled.
