Tour Operators Know Their Stuff.

Visitors said the tour staff is quite handy when it comes to planning sightseeing. They felt they were in good hands. Guests remarked that they are outstanding with organizing outdoor excursions like sledding and northern lights tours as well as places to dine and shop.

Everything in Town Conveniently Located.

Guests mentioned that Tromso isn't a large place. However, this hotel is still ideally located by the water and quite walkable. One guest recommended taking the cable car back to the hotel to see some great views of the city.

Scrumptious Hot and Cold Food.

Wi-Fi More Tortoise Than Hare.

If you're looking for a speedy, strong Wi-Fi signal, you may not find it here. Some guests remarked Wi-Fi doesn't move very quickly in this hotel, so be prepared for slow connections.

Housekeeping Too Casual.

A few guests remarked that it was hard to get additional pillows or towels. Plus, daily housekeeping seems to be a request and not an automatic amenity. Another guest mentioned that they neither restock the tea and coffee selections each day nor replace used mugs with clean ones.

“Nothing Special” According to Some Visitors.

The rooms are good; the food is good; the amenities are good, but nothing seems overly exceptional. For those expecting a resort experience, they probably won't find it.
