Positive Reviews

Value for money

For the money they paid, most guests felt this hotel represented good value versus other premium accommodation in Warsaw because the customer service was top notch while the rooms were spacious with good features throughout the property.

Buzzing about the food

Reviewers were mostly positive about the standard food on offer at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Many guests loved the hotel's eco-friendly efforts to keep its own bees on the roof and make its own honey, served during the generous daily breakfast buffet.

Glowing reviews of service

Guests overwhelmingly paid tribute to the customer service and personnel at Regent Warsaw Hotel. Some said nothing was too much trouble for the staff; others said they received an efficient and friendly welcome.

Negative Reviews

Location not very central

Warsaw certainly has top accommodation closer to the city center than this, so if you want to do sightseeing and shopping on foot other hotels might suit you better, although buses for downtown do stop outside. Despite being a ten-minute journey to downtown, the hotel benefits from being beside one of Warsaw's prettiest parks plus business, financial and diplomatic districts.

Unlikely to win architectural prizes

If staying in an architectural gem is important for you then this hotel with its office building-style exterior might disappoint. However, many visitors said they were pleasantly surprised to discover this hotel's beauty lies within in terms of comfort and service, which exceeded expectations for most.

Some bothered by dated decor and features

A few visitors felt the decor and furnishings in this ex-Hyatt hotel were looking a bit dated. Some said it had a 1980s or 1990s ambience. There were occasional reports of problems with facilities like air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Most visitors, however, appeared not to notice these issues, saying they had an enjoyable stay.
