Most of the previous guests were impressed with the wonderful assistance provided by the staff especially the front desk personnel. They were responsive and accommodating in dealing with the queries and special requests of the guests. Moreover, they provided useful tips to help the guests maximise their stay within the area.

The hotel's nearness to major shopping malls such as SM, Robinsons, and Ayala allowed guests to enjoy checking out different stores. It is also located near Fuente Circle, restaurants, cafés, ferry port, and other public transport systems.

Aside from the clean and well-maintained bedding, guests were also extremely pleased with the overall quality of the beds provided. The rooms had king beds instead of twin beds, which were very comfortable, spacious, and clean.

One major complaint of guests is about the poor performance of the Wi-Fi. Some guests experienced Malware issues while others were disconnected most of the time. The issue continued all throughout their stay so guests were not able to connect successfully despite multiple attempts.

Since the variety was quite inadequate especially for foreigners, guests were not satisfied with the breakfast's quality. Moreover, the service was quite slow and there were no basic breakfast food served such as eggs or bacon. It was not served buffet-style and some guests had to pay a little extra for some milk or just a cup of tea.

Due to the lack of enough parking slots, guests had difficulty finding a spot or parking their vehicles. The parking area was a little tight and limited especially at the back portion and guests had no choice but to park there since the front part was always taken.
