Review summary

Summarized by AI from 200+ reviews

This hotel is consistently praised for its exceptional staff, who are described as friendly, helpful, and going above and beyond to ensure a positive guest experience. While the property is recognized for its warm cookies upon arrival and a convenient central location, many guests note that the facility itself is quite dated and in need of significant renovation. Despite its age, the hotel generally maintains a good level of cleanliness and offers comfortable beds. It is an ideal choice for business travelers attending meetings, families seeking a convenient base with recreational options, and event attendees visiting the area for university or local events. To make the most of your stay, be prepared for an older aesthetic and leverage the highly attentive staff for any needs or concerns.
