Review summary
Summarized by AI from 900+ reviews
A quiet family base near island attractions.
This property serves as a practical retreat for families seeking a relaxed atmosphere away from the main tourist hubs. The hotel sits within walking distance of Moody Gardens and the Schlitterbahn Waterpark, while its appeal is rounded out by on-site cruise parking for travelers heading to the port. The courteous and helpful service from the staff remains a standout highlight, and guests looking for a quieter stay should request a room on a higher floor to minimize potential noise.
Some guests mentioned: thin walls, noisy air conditioning, underwhelming breakfast.
