Review summary

Summarized by AI from 80+ reviews

This hotel is an affordable option for budget travelers and sightseers, particularly those visiting the Smokies or attending a Tennessee Vols game. Its primary advantage is its convenient proximity to the airport. Amenities are notably sparse, with many rooms lacking basic features like a coffee maker, refrigerator, or microwave. Guests consistently report negative experiences with the staff, often describing the front desk team as rude and unhelpful. For a more comfortable stay, consider bringing your own essential in-room items and managing expectations regarding service.
