Review summary

Summarized by AI from 80+ reviews

A functional transit stop for budget-conscious travelers.

This hotel serves as a practical base for travelers needing a quick connection between the airport and the Smokies. Its strategic positioning is rounded out by a convenient shuttle service for those prioritizing transit access. While the property is currently undergoing remodeling, guests should be aware that the overall infrastructure remains sparse and the accommodations are widely regarded as inadequate. These functional limitations define the experience for those who prioritize proximity to regional travel hubs over comprehensive on-site amenities or a high standard of room comfort.

Some guests mentioned: hostile staff, filthy conditions, pest presence.
