Hotel Sogo - Pasay Rotonda (Manila, Philippines)

Most guests chose to stay in this property because of its strategic location. It is very close to Ninoy Aquino International Airport and just a quick walk from the MRT train station. Moreover, it is also near many bus stations for those travelling to other provinces. Hence, this property is ideal for layover or one night stay.

Room rates here are cheap and competitive considering its good location. Because of this, guests preferred to stay since everything they needed is just outside the door. Many restaurants and the famous SM Mall of Asia are just a few minutes away.

Previous guests are delighted because of the security of this property. Aside from the usual security measures upon entering like security guards and CCTV cameras, the rooms here are also equipped with door key cards and double locks to make sure of the safety of guests.

The area where this property is located has a nasty smell that guests cannot tolerate. Many complained that upon entering the motel vicinity, they already observed that awful smell. The damp and mouldy odour is still noticeable in the hallways and inside the room.

The low-quality beds was very disappointing. Bed linens and blankets were thin and obviously worn-out while the mattress was not actually a mattress but just a thick foam. When guests tried to ask for extra blankets, management said they had additional charge for it.

Guests were not impressed and were slightly pissed with how poor the service was particularly the front desk. They complained about the long waiting time before they could check-in or check-out. Others said their requests and queries were not attended immediately.
