Review summary
Summarized by AI from 300+ reviews
This hotel's most notable feature is its exceptional proximity to the airport, making it a frequent choice for layover travelers and those with early morning flights. While its location is consistently praised, guests often find the hotel to be significantly dated and in need of extensive renovations, impacting the overall guest experience. Feedback on cleanliness is frequently negative, with many reporting issues throughout the property and in rooms. The airport shuttle service, though advertised, is a recurring point of frustration, often reported as unreliable or non-operational. Staff interactions receive mixed reviews, with some guests highlighting exceptional helpfulness while others recount instances of unfriendliness. This hotel is best suited for budget-conscious travelers prioritizing airport access over modern amenities or pristine conditions. To ensure a smoother stay, it is advisable to confirm the shuttle's operational status before arrival and to manage expectations regarding the hotel's general upkeep and in-room facilities.
