Oasis Paco Park Hotel (Manila, Philippines)

Many guests seemed to enjoy the way they were treated by the hotel’s staff. From the reception team to the security guards, everyone was very welcoming and attentive to guests. They always strive to make sure that all the needs that one has are met and that you have a wonderful stay at the property.

Guests who stayed at the hotel were pleased as everything was easily within reach. Shopping malls, restaurants and other places of interest are all walking distance to from the hotel. The central business district that’s a few minutes’ drive away is very convenient for guests exploring the city of Manila.

Guests were satisfied with the quality of beds in the rooms. The mattresses and pillows had the right mix of not being too hard or too soft. The air conditioning in rooms is very effective, of great quality and worked well in all rooms.

A number of guests have complained about the lack of an elevator. Persons with disabilities might find it hard navigating the stairs. Guests with heavy luggage also were unlucky as they had to go through a flight of stairs to get to their rooms.

Some guests were unlucky they couldn’t have hot water in their showers. During the hotel’s peak times such as in the early morning, hot water ran out very quickly. Others complained about the weak water pressure in some bathrooms.

A good number of guests were disappointed by the poor Wi-Fi connectivity in the rooms. Free and better connection can only be accessible at the bar area as well as other public places.
