SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Topeka

The hotel offers a convenient location directly off the interstate, making it a practical choice for overnight travelers and budget-conscious guests seeking a quick stop. While some guests appreciate the ease of access and proximity to local amenities, feedback regarding the overall experience is notably mixed. Recurring themes in guest reviews highlight significant concerns with room condition and cleanliness, as many rooms are described as outdated and poorly maintained. The functionality of amenities, particularly the pool and hot tub, is a frequent point of contention, as these are often reported as being out of order. Despite these challenges, the breakfast quality generally receives positive remarks, and interactions with some staff members are noted as friendly and helpful. To ensure a more satisfactory stay, it is advisable for guests to confirm the operational status of desired amenities prior to arrival and to thoroughly inspect their assigned room upon check-in for any immediate concerns.
