The location of this hotel can't get any better. Rightly located in Makati, guests were able to explore the place on their own. The hotel's location also provides easy accessibility to ample cafes, restaurants and shopping malls.

You might not get a good night sleep at Best Western Plus Antel as it gets really noisy at times. In some of the rooms, guests were troubled because of the air conditioning that created constant unbearable noise.

Though the complimentary Wi-Fi works well in the hotel's public area, but in the room it fails to connect. Some of the past guests have had issues in connecting and browsing which led to unnecessary delay in their work.

While most of the guests have enjoyed their stay at this property, some of the guests have had issues with bathroom and hygiene level maintained by the hotel. In certain instances, guests have found dirty bathrooms and used towels which annoyed them.
