White Knight Hotel Intramuros (Manila, Philippines)

Guests are pleased with the positive attitude and helpful assistance of the staff. Staffs were very friendly and they did everything they could to assist guests and provide all their needs and special requests. They remained respectful, courteous, and professional despite negative reactions from other guests.

Since the hotel is closely situated to major historical tourist destinations such as San Agustin Church and Intramuros Museum, most guests have enjoyed visiting these and other major establishments within just a short walking distance. Restaurants, various street foods, and convenience stores such as Mini stop are also present nearby.

The food served at the on-site restaurant is enjoyed by most guests, both tourists and locals. The restaurant offers great Filipino cuisine such as “Kare Kare”, Chicken Buffalo Wings, and “Lechon Kawali” which are all very delicious and reasonably priced.

Most guests complained about the unstable and unreliable Wi-Fi access inside the premises. Signal is a hit or miss and mostly non-existent especially inside the rooms. As a result, guests had difficulty connecting to the Internet and some did not bother using the service at all.

Aside from the loud noise coming from the band outside, most guests were irritated with the other different noises such as loud yelling of children within the hall and other rooms. Moreover, the air conditioning system was described to be as noisy as an engine.

Due to the lack of available lift, most guests had difficulty going to their rooms especially those assigned to higher floors. It was hard for guests who have mobility issues. Thus, guests are advised to request for rooms located at the ground or lower floors.
