    Accessing the Internet isn't a problem at this hotel according to previous guests. The reception is stable and reliable as how it should be in a business hotel. This allowed guests to check on important matters online even inside the rooms.

    Convenient location across a big Shopping Centre

    Guests loved the fact that one of the city's biggest malls, the SM City Cebu Shopping Mall, is just a three-minute walk away. In addition, travelling to and from the airport is not a problem as it is just less than a 45-minute drive away.

    New and well-maintained interiors

    The hotel just opened recently, and everything is crisp and new! Guests did not have any problems with the facilities' functionality, and they had no complaints with the hotel's interiors. They also loved the card system when using the lift to move from one floor to another for additional security.

    Undesirable breakfast dishes

    One of the common problems that the guests encountered was the less than desirable breakfast. Long-term guests pointed out that the food was the same during their entire stay, and that there was a lack of choices. Some also pointed out that the dining area is too small, considering the amount of guests that the hotel caters to.

    Number of lifts can be inadequate at times

    There are two lifts available on-site. Previous guests, however, think that two is not enough to cater to the number of guests on a daily basis. This caused long waiting times just to get to their room - something that tired guests did not want to experience.

    Relaxing facilities are not available. Thus, those guests who believed that swimming pools and bathtubs were standard in every high-rated hotel were disappointed upon staying here.
